Fresh 1kg packs cut to order. The neck of pork or collar sits above the shoulder. It is slightly fatty but if cooked correctly full of taste.
If left in the joint its great for roasting, but when cut into chops its stays moist during cooking.

Now these are a real treat for me, I just love them, roast them in the oven for about 35 minutes , they come out very moist, tender and full of flavour, it is only me who eats these in my house, and I can recommend them to anyone who likes their pork with a nice bit of fat in them, fat = flavour, topped off with half a jar of apple sauce and I get one of my favourite meals, mash potato , gravy and broccoli , perfect. These neck pork chops are excellent value, for all you pork lovers out there. Graham Sykes
