Description

Pork steaks are a cheaper cut, and easy to cook with. Roast, fry or braise them, they're great on the BBQ or on the grill too.

Pork chops and steaks come from the same parts of the pig. They come from the loin, which is the long strip down the centre of the back.

If you prefer your meat off the bone these are the ones for you.
