
The Ultimate BBQ Burger
Ingredients
- 5 x 4oz Steak Burgers from Cleaver Meats Ltd
- 5 burger buns
- 5 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Pickles
- BBQ sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions
Prepare The Grill:
Preheat your BBQ to medium-high heat.
Grill The Burgers:
Brush the steak burgers lightly with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill the burgers on each side, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger to melt.
Toast The Buns:
Lightly brush the burger buns with olive oil. Toast them on the grill until golden brown.
Prepare The Toppings:
While the burgers are grilling, slice the red onion and tomato. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Assemble The Burgers:
Spread BBQ sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce.
Add a grilled burger patty with melted cheese.
Top with a slice of tomato, red onion, and pickles.
Spread mayonnaise on the top half of the bun and place it on top.
Serve:
Serve immediately with your favourite sides, such as fries, coleslaw, or grilled vegetables.
