Ingredients
- 8 Minted Lamb Kofta Kebabs from Cleaver Meats Ltd
- 4 flatbreads or pita breads
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh mint leaves
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 1 lemon (for zest and juice)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
Prepare The Grill:
Preheat your BBQ to medium-high heat.
Grill The Kebabs:
Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil. Place them on the BBQ and cook, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
Prepare The Sauce:
In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt with lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add a handful of chopped mint leaves and stir well.
Toast The Bread:
Lightly brush the flatbreads or pita breads with olive oil and toast them on the BBQ on each side until warm and slightly charred.
Assemble:
Place the grilled kebabs on the toasted flatbreads. Top with cucumber slices, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
Serve:
