Had a selection of meats the other day including, chicken, kebabs, bacon and pork chops (bone in) and lamb leg steaks. We have tried the chicken, kebabs and pork chops. It was all good quality, fresh and the butcher cut some of it to the thickness I wanted and trimmed it up for me. You cannot get much of a service in the supermarkets and the meat is flavourless sometimes due to all the meat being taken off the bone and having not a scrap of fat on it. The meat I bought from Cleaver Meats was tasty and moist when cooked. The price was brilliant compared to the supermarket, service was excellent and I will be visiting each week now. I am happy I have found a good old fashioned butcher! Karen Wasikowska
