Whole British Lamb butchered by our experienced members of staff.

2x Whole legs if lamb (boned and rolled or whole and cut into joints)

2x Lamb rumps (whole or sliced into lamb steaks) 3 x lamb steaks per rump.

2 x breasts of lamb (whole or minced)

2x Whole shoulders of lamb racked out (whole or cut into joints)

1x saddle of lamb cut into loin chops and Barnsley's chops. 

1x neck of lamb sliced. 

1kg of minced lamb.
