Everyone’s favourite. A Pork Sausage mixed with a blend of special spices and mixed herbs. Filled into natural casing and hand linked for a traditional look.

Sausages can be fried, grilled or baked. Cooking times will vary according to the type of sausage but all sausages should be cooked thoroughly until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat cooked sausages once cooled. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours and consume within 2 days.
Preheat the grill to medium, place the sausages on the grill pan and cook for 6-12 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, turning every few minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Cook the sausages gently in the oil for 10-12 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, turning frequently.
Preheat the oven to 190°C, gas mark 5. Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, turning halfway through the cooking time.
Individual types of sausages may have slightly different cooking times check the packet for specific instructions.

These were fantastic. I normally order the standard Lincolnshire sausages from Cleaver Meats, but thought I would give these a try instead. An wow, what a taste experience! Definitely worth paying the extra money for. I will definitely be ordering these from now on. Paul Genders
