As this was my first order placed on line, I was expecting an email confirmation to advise my order was ready to collect. I had to chase it up. Plus I didn’t know the opening times & had to arrange to collect after the shop had closed which I’m sure was an inconvenience to you. Just would be worth adding opening times to emails. But other than this all fine & will defo order again. Vicky Emmingham
