The young lady that I have spoken to when there was a problem with my delivery (nothing wrong just a snarl up with delivery times) she was friendly polite and very helpful which is a very pleasant change from some firms who seem to think they are doing you a favour selling you something, well done Cleaver's and thank you very much. Great that you can select your delivery date as most places you cannot but maybe as a suggestion you could give a rough time frame e.g. between 12-3 maybe or a text to have tracking like how many stops away just so people can be available if they do need to nip out other then that delivery driver has always been friendly, chatty and helpful amazing customer service 😀 Samantha Pirie
