Boneless Leg of Lamb (1.50 kg)
This was our Sunday roast joint this week. Very tender and tasty. Very little fat. Hardly any shrinkage on cooking and the juices made excellent gravy 😋. Fed four adults and 2 kids and enough left for 2 adult dinners the following day. Tracey Widdowson

Cotswold Sausage

Lovely bacon and lots of it. Used to make pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing parcels plus a lattice for the turkey crown ( also got the sausage and turkey from Cleavers like every year. It's always good quality ) for Xmas dinner. Emma Law

Pork Farmhouse Sausage
Used these for pigs in blankets and in my bacon wrapped sage, garlic, thyme and onion stuffing parcels. Good taste and texture. My other half enjoyed the toasted sandwich I made him on boxing day with the few left over and a soft fried egg lol.. he wants me too get some on my next order. Emma Law
